No Refunds, Returns & Store Credit Policy

At SLG Luxury, all sales are final due to the nature of pre-owned and consignment luxury goods. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except under the limited circumstances outlined below.


Why All Sales Are Final

Pre-Owned Luxury Goods

Each item sold through SLG Luxury is pre-owned or consigned and has undergone a thorough review prior to sale. For this reason, once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed except as expressly stated in this policy.

Consignment Model

Many items are sold on behalf of consignors. As a result, transactions are considered final once completed and cannot be undone outside of approved exceptions.


Authentication & Quality Review

Each item is reviewed prior to sale using a multi-step authentication process, which may include expert evaluation and industry-recognized authentication technology, such as Entrupy where applicable.

This process is designed to assess craftsmanship, materials, serial details, and overall authenticity before an item is listed for sale.


What We Guarantee

Authenticity

SLG Luxury guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.

If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a mutually agreed-upon third-party authenticator, a full refund to the original form of payment will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition and the claim is approved in accordance with our policies.

Accurate Descriptions

We strive to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions of every item. Normal signs of wear consistent with pre-owned goods are disclosed in listings.


Approved Exceptions

Exceptions to our final sale policy are limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Incorrect Item Sent
    If you receive an item different from what was ordered, store credit may be issued once the item is returned and verified.

  • Item Materially Not as Described
    If an item materially differs from its listing description, store credit may be issued upon review and approval.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo and/or video documentation. All returns must be authorized in writing prior to being sent back.

Approved store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or store credits will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit, size, or personal preference

  • Normal wear disclosed in the listing

  • Carrier delays once an order has shipped

By completing a purchase with SLG Luxury, you acknowledge and agree to our Final Sale, Store Credit, Authenticity, and Shipping Policies. We encourage all customers to review product photos, descriptions, and condition details carefully and to contact us prior to checkout with any questions.
