Authenticity Guarantee

SLG Luxury guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.
In the rare event an item is proven to be inauthentic by a mutually agreed-upon third-party authenticator, a full refund to the original form of payment will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition and the claim is approved in accordance with our policies.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

SLG Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier processing once an order has shipped.

Secure & Timely Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the item’s description. For high-value shipments, we recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance and signature confirmation for added security.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive and consignment-sourced nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

Approved Exceptions

  • Authenticity Claims:
    If an item is proven inauthentic in accordance with our Authenticity Guarantee, a full refund will be issued.

  • Incorrect Item Sent:
    If an incorrect item is sent, store credit may be issued once the item is returned and verified.

  • Item Materially Not as Described:
    If an item materially differs from its listing description, store credit may be issued upon review and approval.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo and/or video documentation. All returns must be authorized in writing prior to being sent back.

Approved store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire.

Fraud Prevention Policy

Strong Stance Against Fraud

SLG Luxury maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. To protect both our customers and our business, the following safeguards may be implemented:

  • Orders may be documented during packaging and dispatch

  • Tracking and signature confirmation may be required

  • Fraud detection and payment verification systems are utilized

Any accounts determined to be involved in fraudulent activity may be restricted or permanently banned.
