SLG Payment Plan Policy
At SLG, we strive to make luxury more accessible through our flexible in-house payment plans. Below are the terms and conditions for our payment plans:
Payment Plan Options
We offer the following in-house payment plans:
- 30-Day Plan: Weekly payments over 30 days.
- 60-Day Plan: Weekly payments over 60 days.
- 90-Day Plan: Weekly payments over 90 days (eligibility requirements apply).
Eligibility for 90-Day Plan
The 90-day plan is available only to customers who meet the following criteria:
- Successful completion of 2 previous in-house payment plans, OR
- 3 full payments made upfront on separate transactions with SLG.
Payment Terms
- Deposit: The first deposit will be equivalent to the first week’s payment of your selected plan.
- Weekly Payments: Payments must be made weekly within the selected payment plan period.
- Late Payment Fee: If a weekly payment is missed, a $15 late fee will be applied for each late week.
- Missed Payments:
- If two consecutive weekly payments are missed, the payment plan agreement will be automatically forfeited, and the item will be relisted.
- Completion of Payments: The total balance must be paid within the agreed 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Non-Completion and Late Payments:
- If payments are not completed within the plan period, you have 5 additional days to pay the remaining balance.
- A $35 late fee will be charged per day during this 5-day grace period.
- Failure to pay within this grace period will result in forfeiture of your plan, and the item will be relisted.
Additional Terms
- Plan Changes: Once a plan is selected and agreed upon, it cannot be changed to a different term length.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Payments made toward a payment plan are non-refundable.
- Payout to Consignors: As a consignment-based business, we pay our consignors promptly after a sale. Therefore, refunds are not possible once the payment plan has been initiated.
